EPA Recognizes CBRE for a Decade of Energy Star Performance

For the tenth consecutive year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recognized CBRE Group – a Los Angeles-based Fortune 500 commercial real estate services and investment firm – for its Energy Star performance. The 25-year-old federal energy efficiency initiative – which may lose funding under the Trump Administration’s “America First” budget – has recognized CBRE this time with a 2017 Energy Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award.
