Pennsylvania PUC Probes Rate Requests by Citizens’ Electric and Wellsboro Electric

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) voted on October 6 to investigate distribution rate increases (Docket Nos. R-2016-2531550, R-2016-2531551) requested by Citizens’ Electric of Lewisburg and Wellsboro Electric of Wellsboro.

U.S. House Committee Looks at ‘Balance of Power’ Between FERC and States
